There is never a cost to create an account or submit an address.
Submitting does not guarantee payment
A submission is a referral for review. It is not a promise of compensation of any kind.
Payment happens only on a closed transaction
A referral payment may be made when your eligible referral results in a transaction our company successfully closes, and the referral is approved under these terms.
First legitimate submission counts
We record the exact date and time of every submission. If the same property is submitted more than once, we review which submission came first and apply the program rules.
Already-known opportunities are not eligible
If our company was already working the property or the owner before your submission, the referral is not eligible.
Accurate information is required
Submissions with fake owner information, mass submitted listings, or repeated duplicates may be rejected, and accounts may be restricted.
Referral amounts vary
The referral amount depends on the transaction and is confirmed in writing in your account when approved.
You are not acting as a real estate agent
You are not required to negotiate, list, market, or represent anyone. You are simply telling us about a potential opportunity.
We may decline any submission
We decide which opportunities to pursue. When a submission is not a fit, we tell you why.
